The sensation in the cup
The aroma is distinctly “Vietnamese coffee,” with a rich and full-bodied flavor that isn’t harsh. When served with iced milk, the chocolate-cacao notes stand out, leaving a subtle, satisfying caramel aftertaste.
Product Story (Origin Story)
DALAC created this blend as a “signature” for the drip-brew rhythm of Vietnamese filter coffee: bold, full-bodied, less acidic, with a long aftertaste. DALAC supports farmers in clean, sustainable, chemical-free farming practices—good coffee starts with good soil and ethical growers.
Instructions for brewing Vietnamese filter coffee (complete set for web posting)
- Step 1: Rinse the filter and cup with hot water to stabilize the temperature.
- Step 2: Put 20g of ground coffee into the filter, gently shake to level the surface. Place the lid just touching the coffee surface, do not press down tightly.
- Step 3: Pour 30–40 ml of hot water (92–96°C) , wait 30–40 seconds for the coffee to bloom evenly and for a smoother flavor.
- Step 4: Pour in another 120–140 ml of hot water, ensuring the coffee drips steadily—not too fast or too slow.
- Step 5: Enjoy: The coffee should have a dark brown color, a slightly thick consistency, and a distinct aroma; it can be served with ice, condensed milk, or sugar.
